1. Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order pieces.
1.1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with current legislation, customers have the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.
Items eligible for exchange must be in perfect condition, unused, and carefully repackaged in their original box.
Given the fragile nature of ceramics, pieces must be packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
1.2. Defective Products
If a product presents a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order.
Once the issue is validated, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
This policy does not apply to items listed under “Exclusive Finds”, as any imperfections in these pieces are clearly identified in their photos and descriptions.
Please note that all ceramic pieces are handmade through an artisanal process, which makes each item unique.
Therefore, slight irregularities or variations in colour, shape, or finish are not considered defects.
1.3. Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item purchased from our online store, please follow these steps:

Full name and phone number

Reason for return (e.g. withdrawal, defect, shipping error)

Photos of the item (if applicable, in case of defect or damage)

Wait for our response.
We will reply within 2 business days with instructions for the return, including the return address. -
Prepare your shipment:

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, unused, and in the original packaging.

Include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase inside the parcel.

Shipping the return:

For returns under the Right of Withdrawal (within 14 days), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is defective or was sent in error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund or exchange:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund using the same payment method, or proceed with an exchange, as agreed.

After notifying us of your intent to return, you have 14 days to ship the item(s) back to us.

For returns made under the Right of Withdrawal, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
In cases of defective items or shipping errors, Bizart will cover the return shipping costs.
